To return a damaged product you must provide evidence of damage within 14 days of the purchase and then request a refund for the return of the damaged/ incorrect item. You must then return the item to us within a further 14 day period from the time that you contact us requesting the refund.
To return an unwanted item you must return the item in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, return requests must be made with 14 days of purchase and must be returned to us withing 14 days of the cancellation request as per your consumer rights
we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
We aim to post items that have been purchased within 5 working days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated, if delivery will take longer due to an outside influence we will inform you of this and offer a cancellation for a full refund. All deliveries will be made using the Royal mail unless otherwise stated or requested.
